Liesl Shurtliff Visit

We were SO LUCKY to have Liesl Shurtliff come visit Union Hill's third, fourth, and fifth graders last week! She is the author of the exciting fractured fairy tales Rump, Jack, and Red. She shared lots of great information with us, including her favorite books as a child, her struggles as a reader, and the process she goes through as she writes. She also had some students participate in a fun reader's theater of Rumpelstiltskin. Check out these photos from our visit!
